Q: CAN I BOOK A RIDE FOR A LATER TIME/DATE?A: Tuwheelz is an on-demand bike taxi service, we match real time bike taxi supply and demand to provide motorbike or scooter ride to willing riders. We do not accept bookings for future date/time.
Q: HOW DOES TUWHEELZ ENSURE A RIDER’S SAFETY?A: Rider and Biker’s safety is of prime concern to Tuwheelz.● Drivers are duly authorized & verified by the Transport Authorities and local Police.● Drivers are given training on safe driving.● Rider is insured for the duration of his Tuwheelz ride.● SOS button in Rider app.● Speed alerts and alarms in driver app which makes Tuwheelz ride safer than most other bike taxi services.● Helmet mandatory for rider and biker.● Real time ride tracking option provided to Rider’s trusted contacts.● Head mesh would be provided to every rider to ensure a clean and hygienic ride everytime someone rides a Tuwheelz.
Q: HOW CAN I GET TUWHEELZ RATE CARD?From Tuwheelz app, open side navigation drawer to access Rate Card for your city.
Q: WHAT IS LONG DISTANCE (LD) SURCHARGE?In order to motivate and compensate bikers to accept long distance rides, we apply a surcharge on such rides. This surcharge is applied on kilometers exceeding a threshold level defined for the city. For example, In Gurgaon, we have set that threshold 15 Km. If you take ride of 17 Km, then we apply surcharge of Rs 1/Km on last 2 Kms only.
Q: ARE THERE ANY WAITING CHARGES?No. There are no waiting charges.
Q: WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT CHANNELS AVAILABLE?Currently payment through Cash and Tuwheelz Wallet both are available.
Q: WHICH ARE THE AREAS IN WHICH TUWHEELZ IS OPERATIONAL?We are currently servicing Gurgaon and are gearing up to launch in every part of the Delhi NCR as soon as possible.
Q: HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RIDE TO COME?Any online request will need to be matched by an accepting biker who is in the 4-Km radius of your location. The actual ETA will be displayed in the app at the time of booking itself based on traffic estimate and distance. If there is no biker within your 4 Km radius, you won’t have an option to book. However, we are populating enough bikers to ensure the availability especially in peak hours.
Q: WHAT IF I SEE NO RIDE AVAILABLE?This means that the demand in your area has surpassed the supply. Please inform us about your area by dropping mail at [email protected]
Q: WHAT IF THE BIKER DOESN’T TURN UP?Please do call the biker on the shared cell number to confirm his arriving time. In case he doesn’t turn after repeated calls or is unreachable, kindly cancel the booking and re-book. Also please inform us about this incident by dropping a mail at [email protected]
